Client Responsibilities

• Maintain rights to any data, systems, or third-party accounts shared with us
• Review and approve workflow behavior before production use when requested

Warranties and Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, except as explicitly stated in a signed agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
